Since inception in 1968, Abax Contracting has completed an extensive range of civil works (and demolition) based projects, all varied in scope and size. From plant hire based contracting to larger scale project management & execution we are still here to get the job done.

Residential subdivisions – North Kellyville Release Area Since 2011.

Scope: Clearing, earthworks, roads, drainage, extensive Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) bioswale construction and services infrastructure to serve over 1000 lots to date with numerous future works in the planning stage.

Residential subdivisions – Memorial Avenue, Kellyville Since 2010.

Scope: Clearing, earthworks, roads, drainage and services infrastructure to serve over 500 lots to date with medium density parcels in the planning stage.

Industrial Subdivision – Johnson Rd, Campbelltown

Scope: Large Scale bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, water, sewer. Electrical reticulation, retaining walls – crib and shotcrete walls, floodway channel regrading

 

 

Commercial Precinct – Main St & Holdsworth Rd, Mt Annan

Scope: Creekline diversion, feature riparian zone, creation, landscaping, creation of 250 space car park, building platform for supermarket, retail building pad, detailed excavation, hydraulic services, access road and feature retaining walls.
